Vinyasa

The kind of yoga that hooked me, vinyasa will always hold a special place in my heart. I teach a variety of postures in these classes that “flow” from one to the next with a healthy balance of vigor and relaxation. I offer modifications for those wanting to go deeper or scale back.

Hatha

Slower-paced than a typical vinyasa class, Hatha classes largely focus on a similar series of postures from class to class, as well as breathing techniques. These structured classes tend to be crowd-pleasers for those seeking a bit of predictability and focused attention.

Restorative

These classes help peel away layers of physical and mental tension. Postures are often supported with props and are held for longer periods than in other classes. This is a good class for anyone, but especially those wanting to take it easy and practice the art of relaxation.
